Commercial Account Handler

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established, family-run business in Meriden, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial insurance and will play a key role in our existing business team, primarily managing renewals. Location: Meriden, CV7 7LJ
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid working after training)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments, and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Secure renewal business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

 Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a Commercial Insurance role is preferred
  • Desire to achieve Cert CII qualifications (if not already held).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Acturis preferred but not essential.
